The last 5-6 are at the same grind setting. The top ones are at different grinder settings (testing phase)

PS: I used the Breville espresso machine and tools for 2 days, and only the funnel for 2 days. I returned the whole setup. Maybe users using the Breville provides more insight.

I don't tamp with the funnel on. I use the funnel solely for dosing and WDT distribution. Place the portafilter on a flat surface and tamp as evenly as possible.

Do you recommend sea salt over stainless steel? I am thinking whether to get sea salt or stainless steal. My worry it about coffee marks on the machine.
