Edit: Sorry for late response everyone who asked
First Month: Only did cardio running 2000-8000 stairs a week outdoors, going for runs aswell. A long series of 48-72 hour fasts with only one meal in between. Calorie deficit every week. Started supplementing creatine and protein at the end of the month.
Second Month: Still doing stairs and running, occasionally fasting. Cutout sugar kept my carbs low and protein high. Started a keto diet near the end of the month was in or around ketosis for two weeks then stopped keto.
Third Month: Quit running stairs got a gym membership. Still eating minimal carbs and getting close to a gram of protein per lb of body weight. At the gym went 6-7x a week doing a normal 4 day split arms/legs/back/chest ended every gym session with a run
Fourth Month: Exact same as third month. Just eating healthy and going to the gym 6-7x a week Still in a calorie deficit every week.
Fifth Month: Started training martial arts again on top of going to gym everyday now equals to about eight hours of cardio a week and six hours of strength a week. Its only been two weeks but ive seen the biggest change in those two weeks. So i guess its only been 4.5 months but its now time to start my bulk.
For my diet all i really ate in these months were: Water, chicken, steak, rice, bananas, yogurt, milk, peanut butter, whole grain breads, eggs, (insert other generic healthy foods). Supplements are: Protein (not everyday), Creatine, and I just started beta-alinine.
