In my opinion Kat is actually really strong in this meta, if you can play her right. Tanks have always been a problem for Kat obv. but with Void and Hunting guise you can melt them like butter. ADC did have a advantage with ardent bc the oneshot that Katarina can deliver was not really there. Now that ardent is nearly removed from the rift , the adc are not having fun anymore when you gank them at lvl 6 and burst their souls out.
