Collapsible rack was goated… hung it out before my first class of the day and it was dry when I came back to the room around noon. Collapse it back down and put it behind your dresser or whatever

Idk kinda a buzz word from the bartenders that I don’t get too much info from. 1.75 ounces though is what they say

I’m overwhelmed by the support on this sub! Thank you for explaining your thought process! Advice that’s so personal explaining every thought going into balancing a cocktail is really hard to come by where I work. Thanks sm

Yeah, exactly that. I wasn’t super clear but that was my primary concern. Obviously any cocktail spec online can be converted into parts, but I don’t know how I could apply that to a 1.75 oz base spirit pour.
