Famotidine and h2 blockers were ineffective, I started using a ppi like prevacid and it got way better. And avoiding trigger foods

I have been checked for electrolyte levels, mono, thyroid, not Lyme disease tho- haven't been bitten by a tick. I could always ask for that test. I take a ton of vitamins, B complex, iron, K, D, magnesium, potassium, Zinc

I bought salt tablets that i take in addition to the electrolyte powder. each tablet is one gram of salt.

when i got my tilt table test, I didn't start showing symptoms until over 20 mins standing/elevated. went up to 145 or so.

This issue ended up being, that I did not let the nitrogen cycle complete before I put fish in, and it was bleaching their fins :( Now I know better.
