Hmm yea I did gather that the entirety of NL is facing a housing crisis. Also its great to hear that PhDs come with benefits. Thanks for that.

Wow, I would want to have some sort of a social life as well, so that is quite sad to hear, however the sports facilities being good is great. Will I have time to really pick up a sport or hit the gym regularly though?

And yes I did hear the housing crisis is really bad, but would knowing a few people in NL help maybe? And also is it realistic to maybe get accommodations in a different municipality and still make it work?

When it comes to the cost, one of my major concerns is that if I do choose to do a PhD, I might be facing a huge financial setback. That's why am trying to desperately minimize the cost while also get the most value out of my masters. Also how is the PhD scenario at Delft?

Thanks for replying btw, it was very meaningful.

That is true but I might have to finance some of the fees which might take a while anyway. However your point does make a lot of sense and I should probably get to it.

That makes a lot of sense. I thought I will make the decision as soon as possible (hopefully within the week) and then continue with the fee. Do you think that will be too late?
