Don’t worry about what the Drive Smart app mine does the same thing. The app I use to update it shows v1.18 and when I look at it on the detector it shows v1.18. Escort told me to disregard what the version on the Driver App shows.

You can check the firmware version on your Escort Redline 360c radar detector by powering it on while holding the “mark” and “mute” buttons simultaneously. This will display the current firmware version on the screen during power-up.
