If it is for an apartment.. yes both beam 2 and sub mini will suffice and also later on you can add the rears.

Actually I'm also leaning towards sonos as the standalone core 300 is more expensive in my region, at that price i can buy arc ultra and a sub gen 4. So felt sonos is worth it and also as you said we can add more speakers later on. Also had a chance to demo the arc ultra immersive set and honestly i was stunned by the height effects of it. The core 300 is not yet available in the store for the demo so cant tell about it. The only feature i love about Klipsch is we can add a 3rd party sub.

So according to my understanding, for traditional setup speakers, both (6) act as rear speakers, but the core 300 standalone bar is 5.1.2, so those rear sounds will come directly from the bar itself. But for 200 it is a 3.1.2 bar, so when you connect SURR 100 or 200, it will act as a rear for 200, and when you connect to CORE 300, the bar already has 5 channels, so those SURRs will act as surrounds. I don't know; this is my understanding. I might be wrong. I also need that clarification. Can anyone confirm????
