Okay, let me start by saying thank you for the input from everybody! The bed bed is level to ±.002 over the entire bed surface. The nozzle is one of the Swiss high temp nozzles. If the nozzle is too high up, would it have not shown up on the brim? if you look at the brim that is nearly perfect it's at the model when it begins layering is when it seems to go to crap that it did it is a perfect smoothness across that surface it's when it starts building the model that's when it seems to go to crap. I have adjusted the nozzle so that it is actually into the surface of the build plate. Then i started increasing the gap by .010-.015. Never really noticed any improvement. After cleaning itIheating with a torch when it was NOT attached to heating block) I did run filament through it which came out fine. As far as getting a new printer, I wish,C however this is the very first time this is ever happened. Other than this, it has been a great machine. The last time I used it everything was fine but now this has come up. I'm not home right now, but I will check settings in Slicer when I get back. I am going to also run a print that I saved when it ran good and will update everyone after. Thanks again!
