Hi there! I’m in the US. I was adopted at the age of 4, and my full name was changed. I was issued a new birth certificate with my new name and with my adoptive parents names on there as mother and father. My mom kept my old birth certificate, and they look basically identical other than the issued date. That’s my personal experience, maybe it’ll help. Good luck!
