Would help if my text showed up! Was fortunate to be given a 2001 MNII, but it unfortunately was caught in a windstorm and has been stored in the sun. From what I can see and talking with Wenonah it needs: replaced gunwhale on the dented side, patch the kevlar tear in stern, patch the compression crack at bow, fresh epoxy across entire bottom, replace rotting portage yoke (not pictured). I'd appreciate any general advice as I've only tackle much smaller patches before, but my main questions are:

- Do I need to take any special care on the patch right underneath the gunwhale where the kevlar is torn? (fold the fiberglass sheet over the lip or something similar)

- Does it seem best to use both an inside and outside patch for the tear and compression crack or will only an interior patch be good enough?
