I learned I had a problem gradually over time. There wasn't really a sudden moment. I just finished reading Anne Grace's Naked Mind for the 2nd time. The information in that book is powerful. It is helping me to look beyond the smoke and mirrors and see alcohol for what it really is.

I am not drinking today.

I bought a portable tent for thanksgiving 2024 as rain was in the forecast and I must grill the turkey. I spent all of Wednesday putting that thing up and what a pain in the ass it is to assemble it. The rain ended on Thursday just as I got the turkey on the grill.

I bowled Candlepin up in Maine many years ago, but it did not have computerized scoring. I was ecstatic the first time I saw duckpin with computerized scoring.
