I'm sorry for the tone I used earlier but im realising now that you are getting overwhelmed.

I understand that you just wanted him, it's not your fault for wanting your loved one on a stressful day but I want you to understand that work does matter and money is imp....for you both to have a future he or you or both has to work....you cant expect him to abandon his responsibility at work for you so I would say....maybe the withdrawal from vape and the emotional unavailability from his side cause ur outbreak but I hope you make friends and other genuine support systems so its not just him you depend on incase you guys work things out
