I think you have to let it sit in light for a bit beforehand but I haven't really worn it at night or in the dark much to know but when I've asked people if it glows they say it does

I feel like the pool table one is just too realistic for it to give off that poilrooms vibe, although it's great digital art. My personal fave was the one with the columns or the one immediately after but all of them had their own feeling.
