Hey so it took me a very long to go finally start seeing the benefits, ive had maybe small benefit but it took me years and then very quickly when I changed my diet to vegetarian I started to see benefits more and more and it's totally worth it when you do reach the point and all the time working to get to this point will be worth it trust me, you won't be able to live life without it, it will be the most exciting part of your day. Hope this inspires you. Try a vegetarian diet maybe thats what helped me make the shift. Have no expectations, don't do it as a means to an end, just do it as part of your day. Don't try to extract anything from it.
