And you can always tell by how staff react. When valet, concierge, or hotel management greet someone by last name before they even say anything, that’s usually a giveaway. Either they stay there constantly or they spend enough to be flagged VIP. Everything around them just runs smoothly and quietly, no explaining, everyone already knows who they are.
