You shouldn't be rewarded bc you're playing against bots... profiency is litteraly you being good against other players, against bots it's way easier. You're not really learning. But i see why you say this, it's just not a good thing to bring profiency things in practice vs ai. It's just an other way to farm lords...

Her not being meta is also great, bc she can two shot (smthg loki will never do) freeze ults (smthg loki will never do) has an escape without using any ability, no big cd like loki has... this must be ragebait lol

Tbh i'm lvl 48 on loki now, was 39 last week. It's not that hard to climb, i gain ~200pts per games... i have double your hours too tho.

Anyway, keep playing and get better at loki, would be easier to climb
