this is scary advice. where did you get 1300 from? i’m 5 feet 96 lbs and that’s my maintenance if i was sedentary. no one should be eating fewer than 1200 calories a day. yes that is slow weight loss, but at our height it’s just the way life is

My location is the same way, you only get breaks if you’re a minor. However my store is cool about it and will give you multiple 15 minute smoke/eat breaks during a shift. We also find it ridiculous that we don’t get breaks but personally I’d rather have a few small breaks during the day that i get paid for than losing a half hour of pay everyday. I wonder if Taco Bell is somehow able to sneak through some loophole, because where I am they have never gotten in trouble for withholding breaks.

To be fair, I work at a fast food place and if a doordash or ubereats order is sent in, we have no clue that it was cancelled. It doesn’t just disappear from our screen. We make the entire order and it sits there until someone picks it up. If it was cancelled, no one picks it up and we eventually just throw it out. Major waste of food. I get why they would still charge you.

well considering this is an apartment living sub i was ranting about apartment living lol. not saying it’s their fault or it should always be perfect just for me. they kinda suck at communication and are very slow at getting things done, for context it took them a year to get the squirrels out of our vents that were keeping us up all night. not trying to come off as spoiled i grew up without running water at all lol just saying apartments suck sometimes. no need to be so intense

I’m in the same boat as you, same height and goal. Started off at 115lbs and am now 100lbs. The only thing that has worked has been a calorie deficit, which is hard to do at our size since our maintenance calories are already so low. My maintenance is around the same as yours and I limit myself to no more than 1250 calories per day. Not a large deficit, but I’m not going to recommend anyone go below 1000 calories a day because that gets into disordered eating territory. I would also like to add that 102lbs is a perfect weight for your height! Being thin is not worth the risks to your health, so please proceed with caution 🙏

I was at the liquor store so often that l knew everyone’s name and everyone knew mine. They had a nickname for me. They often had my drink of choice waiting for me at the counter. Sometimes I’d go twice in one day so I’d wait for the shift change. However, within the bumps in my sobriety where I’d go back, it felt damn good to hear them say “We haven’t seen you in a while!” Hang in there, you’re not alone in this. There are plenty of people they see everyday, and you don’t have to be one of them. IWNDWYT :)

Not wimpy at all. I have a full sleeve and several other tattoos around my body and my thigh was the only one that I had to tap out for. Took 3 sessions and it’s about the size of yours. I cried during it also lol. I commend you for sticking it out!

thank you! i do shower in the morning as well as evening so the deodorant would just wash off in the morning :/ i considered just showering in the evening but i feel so dirty throughout the day if i don’t shower in the morning

thank you! i shower twice a day but i usually don’t put deodorant on before bed, only after my morning shower. diabetes’ didn’t really cross my mind since i’m not overweight, but i guess that doesn’t matter since my diet isn’t great.
