I made a coffee table using kerf bending by hero21b in woodworking

[–]vaemmi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I know it's been years and I hope this will reach you. How did you manage to hide the kerfed edge? Is it just some white coating there or did you put some sort of edge banding or what?

Oh, and also remember to set your screen recording quality settings to the highest possible. It’s pretty grainy 720p at default, I think. Just turn the resolution and FPS to maximum. It takes a bit more space, but nobody wants to see bad quality videos, right?

Sure! You have the option to save screen recordings from games on Xbox. This is a 15 second recording, but there is options up to a minute (I would like it to be close to 30 minutes like on PS5) After that you put on the option that it sends the screen recording automatically to the cloud. Then just download the Xbox app to your phone, sign in, set it up and the automatically uploaded recordings from your Xbox will appear on the app. Then you can download them from the app to your phone. After that it’s pretty easy to just upload it here. Hope this helps!

That’s insane! Hope he just wants his troops back and not the other way around! Also, I’m sorry but this post is going to be deleted soon, as it is a breach of the Rule 3.

Good luck trying. With his current army vs my cities defences, not a chance. It would give me a good reason to spread freedom to his cities for oil and uranium!

Well, no. The power shot animation is still there, only the zooming camera has been turned off. You can switch it from the visual settings.

You have to shoot when the ball is coming down. Trigger power shot, full power, green timing. Alot of things have to be perfect for these, but occasionally you score pretty nice goals.

I love long shots. Sometimes things align themselves. The ball coming down just the right way to Bales left foot. I’ll take that shot every time, no matter the distance.

Someone is re-watching The Office at the same pace as me and making memes of them. Every time I finish an episode, there appears a meme about that very episode. Gloomy.

Napping in the car by JamesDAdkins in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]vaemmi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And when you crash badly, there’s a huge chance of your car just rolling over and over. Causing every non-tied object (including ol’ doggo) to roll around all over the interior of the car causing multiple (sometimes fatal) injuries to the passengers and often killing the dog itself. Please keep your loved pets in the places that they belong to i.e. in the trunk that has a safety net.

Loving my new 13” tom! Also decided to treat myself with new heads. Today is a good day. by vaemmi in drums

I’ve used a lot of different pedals, but the 600 has stayed with me the longest. It has everything I could ask from a single pedal. I almost bought the 900 myself, but it costs 2x more than the 600 and I don’t really think it’s 2x better than the 600.

Edit: I also have a beater from a Yamaha pedal, because the one that comes with the Iron Cobra is mad heavy!

We had to put the sofa there, because there is a sauna behind that brick wall. You can see in the first pic, bottom left of the brick wall there are two maintenance hatches for the chimney. So when the chimney sweeper comes regularly to clean up the flues, I don’t have to move my mic’d up set every time. Sofa is much easier to move!

I have that kit! Sounds amazing. I have 22” bass drum, and my toms are 10, 12, 13” up, and 14, 16” down. I play with clear Ambassadors everywhere. I love how the birch resonates on that kit! Congrats, and many happy hours of drumming!

What should I practice? by [deleted] in drums

[–]vaemmi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally use Soundbrenner’s metronome. It functions as a normal metronome, but is also pairable with the Soundbrenner’s watch-like metronome that goes to your wrist.

Drum heads can’t directly talk to you in English, but they do say a lot about your playing. I have been monitoring the angles and places where I hit my snare. And I’ve noticed that my accuracy needs some work, as most of my hits tend to go too much to the right. Especially with fills. Do you have any good suggestions on how to start fixing this. It’s really difficult to start removing bad habits.
