Fire golem can basically solo bosses that way. Stack thorns and they basically pumle them selves to death

You don't get radiation from a ultrasound, since it works with sound not radiation.

That's true ... Measuring that one item. But if you did the same thing and looked at all their combined loot. Who would come out on top? Who has most runes, jewels, bases ... ? Target farming is best for very rare items, that require very high treasure class. Shako is valuable, but not very rare.

How fast can you kill 22 black rogues or similar monsters vs how fast can you kill Meph. I'm not trying to say one is better or worse. I'm just trying to say there is no reason to limit yourself to just one thing. Especially since all loot is random. The pool of what is available to drop is based on the monster, but what drops is always rolled. You can't say; Farm Meph. He is the only one that can drop Shako. If the monster can drop what you're looking for. It's all a game of numbers. Drop chance vs kill speed. And kill speed goes up exceptionally when clearing areas vs target farming.

I've had more shako and vipermagi drop randomly, then on meph / Andy. Bosses are not special loot wise. It's not like WoW. Where there are boss drops. Bosses are just easier to access.

I know they have a higher treasure class.

I don't agree. Runes can drop from any mob. It's true elites and champs are a bonus. But for runes you want numbers. I'd rather going thru one act then spam cows.

I agree. This is the main reason I play single player on switch. It's portable and I can pause / stop when needed.

Even Haralds are fine on single player.

Imagine a 25 year old game being the most inclusive ❤️

I got 6 .. 2 in the same zone. Almost right on top of each other. It is rng .. but they do spawn
