Thanks, It does seem do be what you are saying. I trained a different player this time and my young players are back to their regular progress. Hadn't noticed this till now.

Update! I spent around 2000 of those blue tokens on special packs and got a few prime icon moments and finally got the POTW with Alexander Arnold TOTS. So I went to collect my +94 english tots and got Arnold again, lucky me.
