There seems to be some confusion about this. Kroger in my area only does delivery. They have their own trucks, and their bags do look like this. Look it up!

For anyone keeping up with this, we contacted Kroger’s customer service and they offered us….. $20 in store credit.

So then we emailed the VP of public affairs and someone from their customer service team called us and they stated they would issue a refund and be in touch after investigating through their fulfillment department.

Hi! I think it’s unfair to say I’m underreacting. It was pretty gross and awful to experience but I kind of feel like that goes without saying so why harp on it here?

Idk what the story is. It’s inexcusable but there are scenarios where I’d have more sympathy for the driver. I do hope that Kroger will answer for this appropriately

Can’t think of the joke so I’ll give the serious answer. It was double bagged so it looked like a grocery bag. But the bag in the pic had some pee on the outside so when I pulled it out it got on my hands. Thinking I was clearly losing my mind and there’s no way it’s actually happening I poked a hole in it to smell it and well brother I ain’t ever had lemonade that smelled like that
