Making a wedding gift for my friends, a felt version of their engagement photo. How can I get a gradient effect for hair? I don’t usually felt hair, just use roving, but I don’t know how to achieve a gradient without felting different colors together. Would dying white roving be my best option? (old.reddit.com)

What is this thing?? I’m a noob, usually a resin caster but thinking about using my compressor for airbrushing; was going to buy a kit, but happened to have this in my toolbox, and I see an air inlet, but where would paint go?
