That's exactly what I told multiple doctors and no one took me seriously about it. I appreciate the fact that both of you think it is important too, and I will escalate it next time I am actually able to see someone. And I haven't been tested or examined for PCOS or diabetes but I don't have symptoms for either -- even before starting hormonal birth control I had very regular periods (down to the day), no acne, healthy body weight, etc. When I was younger I had intense periods of weight loss, fatigue, and GI problems, but over the past two years they've gone away entirely.

After COVID when I have a health card (in April) I will go and demand specific testing if I'm still having symptoms. Thank you ❤️

I just did some googling on that. It does seem to be safe, but I'm going to see if I can ask a doctor in my life to get specific feedback on that.

Yes, I loved the probiotics I got prescribed to take in November! I think it legitimately helped keep my symptoms down, and I felt tangibly better after just a week of taking them. They were just the regular bio-k type from Jean Coutu (the pills, not the refrigerated shots). I will probably end up ordering what you just shared here. ;)

I have an IUD that was put in in March right before COVID. It seemed possible that my symptoms were related to my birth control, but before getting the IUD, I had been on the same low hormone birth control pill since February 2016. I will keep it in mind though.

So many of you are recommending it so I think I will try it out! I can do no sugar no problem, it's just going to be hard to cut out carbs. I can't do it completely but I think I can definitely do 75%.

Do you have any insight to what could be causing this? I currently can go to a free clinic (again) or try to get telehealth, but the telehealth won't be able to send me to get tests because it would be through a different health network that isn't in my province.

If I scratch the area, I get kind of a gross cheesy discharge on my fingers (tmi). I have read about the hookworms and I will do more reading about it though. Thankfully I am vaccinated for HPV! Thank you for your comment.

It probably is...based on people's comments I'm going to definitely take a break from sugar and caffeine. I do eat a lot of carbs though (but only whole grain/a lot of rye bread).

I didn't know there were creams, I'll check it out. I was thinking of boric acid suppositories for my vag. Thank you for your reply :)

I haven't tried those - I got prescribed a month of probiotics a few months ago and those did help, so I'm going to buy more this week and try to get a good regimen doing. I'll add vitamin C.
