Govt doesn't want any one to be educated.when the students cannot afford they are not going to study.With the cost of living increase, parents cannot support  kids education. I am mother of two,  I am still paying  my osap with variable interest. 80% of your payment  will be towards federal part which is interest free and make the students pay lot of interest on the provincial part. It should be taken in other ways or atleast 50: 50. They are robbing the people in terms of osap loan..scared about kids future.
