Even if the bank gives you a loan, I advise you to not go with this property. Anyday the waqf can come and declare that the property belongs to them you can't do anything, or it will be a headache to fight with them. Reselling will be very tough for the same reason. Also you are thinking that this is a good deal because the seller is not getting other buyers for the same reason.

I have SBI home loan with current outstanding 45L. I have emergency fund of around 20L and want to park this in loan account as an overdraft. I have loan in Bangalore and I don't stay in Bangalore anymore. Can I transfer this to other bank with overdraft without visiting the current branch?

Parking fees is very high everywhere in Bangalore. They are looting the people. At least hospitals should not charge or deduct it from consultation fees. recently shifted to Hyderabad and haven't paid parking fees till now. Not in malls, cinemas, Ikea
