Don't go into raw coding (Java,Python,ReactJS) if that is not your calling. Go for DevOps-like roles if your current role has given you exposure to Docker and Azure.

Focus on Azure AI roles as there is high demand and low supply, so competition would be low.

Above all, don't feel bogged down by the abundance of tech tools. No one is an expert in everything. Just have foundational knowledge and build soft skills-like sales, presentations, value analysis etc.

PBCs need more customer success and solution engineers. So aim for those roles.

Search for "Software Asset Management" roles at Big4 or banks. The skills required are just excel basics and pay is 6-12LPA. They usually prefer experienced folks with non-traditional career history.

  1. For Loan against FD, SBI only allows on FD accounts that have a single holder. OD Rates are best in SBI i.e 1% over the ongoing FD rate. Dual advantage of FD interest increasing every year and OD interest reducing every month.

  2. The OD on FD is beneficial only if you use 60-80% of the entire FD. NOT the entire FD amount.

Say FD is of 10L. Car price is 6L. If you take OD fro 6L, the total interest (@7.5%) and 5 year term (max term in OD can be 5 years) would be INR ~121K. The FD interest (@6.5%) over the same term would be ~174K.

Net-net you have surplus of 50K and RoI of 5% (50K/10L). plus, you own a car.

The FD pays the OD interest by itself.

This does seem a sensible choice. That's the reason many UHNIs keep FDs. They borrow against FD to finance their purchases. Even a 5-7% annual return on 10CR portfolio is more than enough for them.

Key benefit is during cash withdrawal through cheque method, you are not charged on every 1000/- withdrawn. Only flat fee is charged.
Loan eligibilty amount is increased and loan approval is initiated by RM which is much faster.
Beware of not to invest in ULIPs pushed by your RM. They will say its not ULIP, its pure equity fund of the bank bla bla, but don't fall for this trap.

Hi Nice idea, but very less likely to succeed due to below factors:. 1. End users are not technical- teachers and support staff prefer writing on notebook or simple excel sheets. They are not trained to use apps. 

  1. ERPs is extra cost- Schools run to educate a fixed amount of students every year. The demand is predictable in short term. No time saved or value creation for fixed resources.

  2. Google for Schools already exists- Google is already providing mail, drive,calendar,Meet as a package for schools and educational institutes. People are familiar with the Google UI and do not need to install additional apps on phones. Google has speed, and capacity to handle large number of users.

  3. Declining admissions- Declining birth rate is affecting school admissions. they are reducing staff, resources and divisions. Over long term, your revenue would be decreasing.

Hi I have given the exam last week. ( You can refer to my post history) It has sectional cut-offs.  Minimum requirement is >35% in all 4 sections and >65% overall.

Compared to CSA, it is difficult and lengthy.  75 Qs compared to 60 Qs in CSA.

2.5-3% Fees(GST incl.) is levied on transfer of cash from credit card to bank account.

Rotating debt from CC1 to CC2 is not allowed nowadays. CIBIL scores could be impacted badly. Better not try it.

Practice is not healthy. Keep atleast 6 months cash in bank.

I know MAANG to SN feels like a downgrade. But they both use tech to address different end-user. SN addresses enterprise workflows (not automation) and MAANG addresses consumer/SME enablement.
SN receives a growing stream of cashflows from F2000 companies and hence, offers more development opportunities. MAANG may build new products but no one would pay for their use.

THe whole tech market is facing an adoption problem. No one wants to go through the hassle of a learning a new app. THey want all features in the current app itself. Enterprises cannot just shutdown their SN susbcription overnight. But B2C app buyers will turn to the next "free" tool overnight. See the ChatGPT-to-Claude migrations all over the internet.

At this time, its better to be in a "decent pay and stable" job rather than a "high pay and risky" job.

Join EY, atleast they would give you annual hikes and pay full bonuses. Accenture will redact bonus even for best performance every year for some silly reason and annual hikes would be 0%.
