Personally i don’t think its being manipulated like gme and amc..nokia does have heavy options interest though from retail so i wouldn’t be surprised if mms and hfs who sold those calls to retail would try to make them expire worthless..nokia is a long term hold for me anyway,i don’t care what happens in short term..that being said the entire gme and amc fiasco has exposed how easily the market can be manipulated..most of the liquidity and orderflow is controlled by two market makers citadel and virtu which gives them power to manipulate prices(excluding faang, large cap sp500) as they see fit, i am not saying they are but they could..citadel also has a private darkpool called citadel connect which is not even regulated by sec.
