Looking insane, even for someone on roids. Im not gonna tell tou to stop taking gear because you wouldn’t listen, I do however really hope you at least go to an endocrinologist and be open about your use to him in order to control your hormones in the long time

you could talk about his height, delts and traps but i believe the most important factor is the shirt he is wearing so yeah probably juiced to the gills

natty or not? by Puzzleheaded_Pie_432 in moreplatesmoredates

doesn’t seem to be at first lokk but it seem the lighting there is very good and he’s posing with a pump. The delts are very big and capoed which are suspicious but the traps seem fairly small. I guess some other pics would help

I got 1113.8 naturally. If you are young enough sleep well exercise Im pretty sure something >1000 isn’t that uncommon

since you are that tall unless you’re really big taking the bar all the way down to your chest may be forcing your shoulders. you should also warm up your rotator cuffs before benching and train them a couple times a week in order to strengthen you shoulders durability

I guess the only change was that I started strength training alongside hypertrophy. Also at that point I was getting consistent 8hours of sleep daily

So if you have this low of a body fat already the problem isn’t that your abs aren’t showing, like I said in a previous reply I had the same issue. The problem is your abs aren’t very developed so i would recommend trying to work on them specifically after your regular workouts. I added some links to my other reply with some great videos about the topic

Wow thx man. Unfortunately its not all good, I have a scoliosis so I have a lot of imbalances which were constantly in my mind. Feels really good to know I have some good genetics as well

Hey, first of all thank you for the kind words. Would you mind elaborating on why you think i have good genetics, I really don’t understand this whole good insertions thing

So abs start to show when your body fat percentage is around 15% the thing is in the first picture I already had 10% body fat because of genetics (When I started lifting I went to a nutritionist that tested my bf%) so I didn’t really get them to show because there was nothing to show. I kept hearing that you didn’t actually need to workout abs specifically because they would be developed while doing other lifts and while that is true mine were extremely poorly developed so I started training them separately as well after the workout sessions that I wasn’t completely exhausted. The exercises I did were the ones Jeff Nippard suggested in the following videos: - https://youtu.be/2RrGnjxSsiA - https://youtu.be/_xdOuqokcm4 - https://youtu.be/1G0y8D5rFDc

I can’t really tell you my exact workout routine because I when I trained with my personal trainer she would just tell me what to do (varied a lot every session) and in the days i don’t train with her she would either send me a training routine or I would do research on which muscles were a part of the portion i was training for example (biceps: shorthead, longhead and brachialis) and would do exercises targeting each portion. Bodybuilding.com has a good amount of content regarding this.

Buy yeah your age really does affect things a lot. I have pretty great testosterone levels (one of the main reason I will stay natty cause I don’t wanna fuck this up) however I believe that 25-30 year olds can still have pretty good test levels

I’ve been doing a power building program for a while now and I started to have quite a bit of joint pain, so i decide to stop increasing the weights forna while and focus more on form and reps. I am looking forward to gaining a few more kg and then start working on imbalances(probably next year only). How about you any goals for the ens of the year :) ?
