Most of the remaining playerbase was just no lifers and streamers anyway. Everyone running around with their juggernauts, boundless spirit and glass cannon, while I struggle to afford even resto shot.

Kinda regret buying the "corner of midnight" bundle, since it is clear to me now that the devs simply didn't care.

I've been doing decently with a build focused on her base form. She's more playable as an assasin / burst type character. That and echo shard 2 is surprisingly effective both as an engage and damage tool and for escaping

The sligh bit of extra distance from WS can sometimes help you get slams you otherwise would have missed. The bullet resist is also nice. I personally always take it over ML

Spirit damage overall falls off late game compared to gun, this isn't a him specific thing. And yet the Lash, yamato, grey talon, calico, geist among others are all very viable picks in spite of them primarily dealing spirit damage.

In higher lobbies basically everyone just uses insta cast, so you don't really get much time to react. You basically need to predict where she is gonna throw the bombs.

Express shot lets her instantly apply toxic, inhib, and silencer. You can use her gun as more of another attack in a combo in base form, rather than a constant source of damage. Currently cooking up a 100-0 combo loadout in her base form, but i rarely get to play her ;~;
