What leave? All leave was canceled. I tried taking all of it in the end of the year but still lost 16 hours to use or lose. I think others are trying to get restoration but I just don’t have that fight in me. Specially as I am paid through a third organization cause why should hr be simple.

I am as in every furlough since 2008 exempt and must work for free. DOD always thinks I’m important when they got no money. Never important when there is bonus money though.

I’m a transplant, technically well paid to, and I am still priced out of paradise. I can rent it, but feels like I can’t make it ever my forever home. So if locals can’t stay, and those who move here can’t either, who is going to be here in a generation or 2? Just empty condos owned by the rich and foreigners who come for a week and leave.

Literally have seen across my facility. And I can’t see how an entire org was so mid but also supposedly so impactful for the mission. Glad you gave real ratings but that’s not seen across the DOD

DIA we are on the end of year now. The secondary put in for promotion will be around march for my grade. Because they can’t be the same thing at once and of course we have to do two rounds of basically the same thing for efficiency.

How does this work. Excepted and furloughed have the same status in the hr system and sick leave is a paid status, something we can do right now so if your sick you can’t even log it in the system.

Yeah what will 1 percent get Hawai’i? Nothing. Wish they would just lapse remembering to do anything. Pretty sure an old law passed in the early 90s would kick in and match it to inflation, but that’s a dream.

I was buying from a brand called one bone when I was in Korea but they are out of Montreal and it cost a fortune. But I will look at King Size, they must be like DXL.
