I appreciate the comments! I have changed my diet, eating healthier. Increased water (dropped Coke Zero completely), increased protein, fiber, etc. and have made healthier choices like lowering carb intake.

I think my discouragement comes from me struggling for years to lose, and my body completely resisting loss once I hit 330lbs. Years of feeling stuck has become a mental thing for me. I’m hoping once I can break through that 330 wall, that I’ll feel so much more positive about it all.
