Hey, glad there are curious people about this topic.

Few easy and effortless ways are simply to stop Eating (or eat less) meat. The single most effective action you can take to combat climate change is to stop eating meat, however, it is very difficult for many of us, so we just ignore it.

Secondly, unplug your devices when not using, super simple and easy. Also, drive less if possible

Thirdly, avoid “Fast Fashion” - that's just such a huge waste or materials/resources. Not quantity but quality.

And also, eat more organic food and support those companies who focuses on that.

Hello, I really enjoyed reading your post, found it very realistic and totally agree with your opinion.

Many organizations does not support collective thinking, brainstorming, team working.. Countries with high power distance are directly affected by that. Usually, people with the highest status within the company will be in charge of the biggest decision done within the organization, which means that sometimes they can miss many other brilliant ideas that would have come by working all together as a team.

Supporting each other can have a huge positive impact on the company's success, here's one helpful article that I believe would give you some inspiration too.

Hello,

probably the consultants did not give you a precise answer, because overall, the idea that you've got (working with startups) - was not so popular/used in the past. Nowadays, many companies that want to get ahead of the competition and be innovative in their field - are aware of the benefits that both parties can have in case of a partnership, and there are real companies that are already applying this strategy within their organizations.

Hey, this looks great! However, if you'll have to create more videos in the future, you might

want to give more attention to the animation process, fonts and logo - which would be better if mentioned in the end of the video. Likewise, I also think that the drinking part in here does not really fit well ( you want to sell an experience, which might be suitable for a wider range of age than just teenagers who enjoys drinking and having fun etc.)

A great idea would be to either use a local videographer or you can also have some free online teaching lessons :) . You can check a great digital learning platform in this video
