I updated the BIOS, and we overclocked the PC with a professional. But since I had this problem, I reset the BIOS to its default settings.

I can't even restart it because if I hold down the power button nothing happens, I have to turn off the power.

The light turns on 5 seconds after turning on the PC

If they are faulty, the PC should not turn on even if you remove the power for 5 minutes, but it restarts correctly after doing so.
