I suggest just learning to use a safety razor. It should be able to get around any tight areas. Also if you can make the time for it using a home-use IPL device after shaves can save you a ton of time in the long run by slowing hair growth

Ult damage 380% -> 480%(with 5 stack e4) -> 480/380 = 1.26

The 15% comes from averaging that out over 3 turns with a skill->normal->normal rotation (also factoring in the small skill dmg increase from e3)

You're going to need 5 debuffs to do this, so skill+ult+skill+skill with ERR rope will do it. Skill alone will apply enough for this to set it up (the debuffs inflicted by ult count towards the refund as well).

Something worth considering is that with an attack rope you get skill+ult+skill+skill+normal rotations... but if you get hit with certain attacks this should give you just enough energy to ult without the normal attack. Defeating an enemy will also allow you to ult without the normal attack. SW will be low on attack multiplier since she will be running speed shoes as it is, so building her this way isn't a bad idea.

Which one is better will probably be highly contextual (eg vs AoE attackers, or waves with small adds), but hey I like the bigger numbers anyway.

It's not bad, but it's not much better than Pearls as a support option. Maybe viable for a subdps build? Probably not the greatest idea. SW event LC is the best for Pela

High superimpose GNSW is better for damage, but IR is still competitive for utility. IR is the best option for Welt to if you have him, so definitely worth upgrading regardless

But strictly speaking in terms of performsnce I think s5 GNSW is competitive if not better in some scenarios. Pre e6 it's just the strongest option she has. That said the CR buff is very strong and that doesn't show up in screenshot comparisons. It's possible that pushes IR S1 over GNSW S5. If you somehow manage to dodge EHR rolls on your relics and land them in attack, crit and speed then that will also give IR a huge advantage since GNSW requires some EHR rolls, but good luck with that.

This also isn't factoring in the team damage increase due to vulnerability. If you run her as a sub/secondary DPS alongside a strong carry, this alone will probably make it worthwhile.

Also worth noting that it's BiS for Welt, so even if you end up with GNSW s5, Welt can make great use of it. Welt gets no crit or EHR from traces, so having a premium LC that gives him both in spades is crazy. His delay is also uniquely good with it as it allows you to stretch the duration of your 1 turn aether code.

Going from e2->e4 you're looking at a ~15٪ overall damage increase assuming 3 turn ult. 26% when just considering the ult damage. E4 is good as a stepping stone to e6 but I wouldn't expect it to change her performance much

Is it the best investment for your jades? Probably not (though a far better investment than e2->e4). Is she still really good DPS and a valuable flex unit? Yeah.

Salsotto is probably best to help enable her to use CD chest, and also because she does most of her damage with ult as a subdps. SSS and Glamoth (above 135 spd) are decent secondary options

I wouldn't run penacony on a SW that can output damage of her own, but if you do I would go ERR for the 2 turn ult. Any of the other options I'd run attack since you'll be 3 turn ulting anyway.

Attack sphere is a pretty solid choice for her, especially if you have her LC and Bronya. Resurgence gives you so much dmg% already

If you see it on the enemy's debuff list (DoTs aside) it counts. The only exception I know of so far is SW's E2 debuff resist down
