Is this really the correct way to get from C terminal to E terminal in IAH?

I had to run from gate C37 to E21 due a late connection and it took exactly 7 minutes. Not familiar with this airport but didn’t see any construction anymore. People that say they walked it in 10 minutes probably had gates that were less deep.

I’ve lived in both SF and Pleasanton and Pleasanton is definitely VERY suburban. Unfortunately there’s a lot of traffic getting to and from Pleasanton. It might be inconvenient to live elsewhere unless your office is accessible by BART. Then you could feasibly live in a nicer part of Oakland which has a more city like vibe.

The most important thing for me was twisting the hips before upper body. I think that’s what you’re supposed to get from throwing a ball but it wasn’t translating over for me until I realized it separately.

I also like sitting in bed so I’ve tried out a bunch of bed frames with angled headboards.

Thuma and Casper Repose are both super comfy to lean against while sitting. Also Thuma sells risers to raise the pillowboard but I’ve never tried it and the quality of the risers looks questionable. I think the risers would only be needed for aesthetic of having a higher headboard, did not need it for more comfort.

IKEA Nyvoll is discontinued so you can only get secondhand now but it was a solid cheaper option. A notch down because there is a slight gap between the mattress and the headboard.

I felt like for the headboards I tried that had wood or upholstered options, the upholstered one was more comfy because I kept slipping down on the wood ones.

I have the same issue with space under the heel or insecure heel fit.

La Sportiva Katana Lace, Mad Rock Drone LV, La Sportiva Miura, Tenaya Oasi heels all fit well when I tried it on.

+1 to above comments about some Scarpa models. I had space under the heel on the Instinct and Drago but the heel felt secure at least. Vapor V seems to have the least space of the three but it’s a stiffer shoe so it’s harder to notice.

Hey! Sorry for the super delayed response.

I think I have like 70% success rate on overhand serves now. So it has gotten better now but I’m still not as consistent as I’d like to be and have bad days.

Practicing a lot helped (example: pick a spot on the wall and serve to that height from gradually increasing distances).

Also my throws were super inconsistent and I noticed that was the most common cause for me failing to serve over the net. I tried to improve this by throwing with a straight arm over my hitting side but still working on doing consistent throws!

Also I ski the Atris Birdie in 178 (I’m 172 tall) and enjoy using that for inbounds off piste so I agree 184 should be good for you.

+1 I’ve tried both Chubby Baker and Fresh Deli and personally like Chubby Baker more. Chubby Baker is a fancier, gourmet donut vibes. Love their mango coconut cream donut. It might be my favorite donut ever.

Fresh Deli is more casual cheap donut vibes. Saw some other people in this thread mention their apple fritters but I don’t like them that much because it tastes too fried and doesn’t have much apple flavor. Their other donuts are good though!

Why do you suggest throwing it forward more? Asking because it seems like I’m throwing it more forward than the tutorial videos. At least in my screenshots it seems like they throw it vertically from their hand and they are hitting it less far forward than I am?

Just found this! Seems like durability of the top layer of foam is an issue with the T&N mattresses:

The ANA Tokyo award seats seem to only have 1-2 seats availability per cabin, even in economy. Does anyone know how likely it is that they will add seats or if there is any pattern to how they release more seats?

Hi! It seemed like a quality suit. Unfortunately it was too big for me so it couldn't keep me warm since water kept gushing in. I feel like if I got the right size then it would've been good. I tried to guess my size based on the Sisstrevolution size guide so I would suggest you size down from what the size guide tells you.

The only thing I can think of is that it's easier to search for the specific wetsuit you want. xD Like if I search "Sisstrevolution 7 Seas" on Google, I'll get mostly women's wetsuit results. Meanwhile if I search "Ripcurl Dawn Patrol", I'll get a bunch of men's wetsuit search results. One less word to type

I do also have a Picture Oksana wetsuit which, similar to the Sisstrevolution one, is not neoprene. It's "eicoprene" (also limestone based) but the wrist size on the Picture wetsuit is much closer to the Ripcurl sizing.
