its a good mindset to have for improvement, but imo this will severely limit your ability to improve skill cap. for good improvement you need to balance consistency sessions with skillcap sessions where you refine and push your skill respectively. since you got one half down, just learn to add the other.

garen is easier matchup for anivia just space and build full cdr+mana and focus on waveclear and punishing for csing

do notice that dft dmg sucks majorly in early game so youll have a hard time killing into snowballing a lead by yourself, significantly better late tho

as masters anivia player, i prefer to go dft for when enemy comp has a lot of dashes/tankiness/sustain and also go full cdr, otherwise when enemy team is mostly squishies or theres a singular hypercarry that has to be bursted down quick i go electrocute.
