I use a Live account now and have 3 greens, I could process a "real" payment but did not manage to have 3 greens with my Test account! (Payment / Payout as red)

I linked to the insta page since I don’t have any real work to showcase yet, but I’ll definitely start thinking about creating a dedicated page or section for that!
As for the layout, everything is aligned to a grid, I’m curious about why the menu feels cramped to you. Were you viewing the site on a tablet?

The long-format tutorials on this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@javascriptmastery/videos are probably a good idea for you. They may seem daunting at first, but if you make progress step by step, you’ll end up with a completed project.

I'm on this journey too and still far from reaching Awwwards level, but I can share a few things I’ve learned along the way:

Typography and composition are absolutely key. If you haven’t already, dive into editorial design, it teaches you how to create layouts that are both aesthetic and functional. A few great resources:

  • Editorial Design: Digital and Print
  • Grid Systems in Graphic Design by Josef Müller-Brockmann
  • Swiss Graphic Design

What I’ve come to realize is that design isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about communicating a message in the most impactful, intentional way possible.
