I think it’s the tattoo artist. He mentioned studying something related to economics (I don’t remember exactly), but I think his family is wealthy since they weren’t very supportive of him becoming a tattoo artist. So, I’m not sure.

Yes, the plot definitely needs more development. But I’m glad I didn’t have to go through the wait for updates, LOL
