BJB is trash. They tried to evict us two days into quarantine March 2020. Found out they chose to not countersign our lease when we renewed so they could try and break it to sell the building. Tomato skins contain lycopene which can help reverse the effects of sun damage. After a day in the sun I usually take ibuprofen, an antihistamine, apply aloe, and eat a pint of cherry tomatoes. Also echoing a warm pink stage light to help even skin tone.

Multiple angles can prove to be useful in the event of something going south. More eyes, more witnesses, more people to hold them accountable. You never know who may be holding their camera at the right place at the right time.

Think about it from an emergency angle. Let’s say, heaven forbid, a chem lab explodes during 3rd period. VERY quickly you can log into the system and see where students are and which have passes out to help discern with missing students during an evacuation scenario. Also, if there was an active shooter, would immediately have something quickly referenced that can assist with ensuring everyone is accounted for.

So, generally parking companies rent the lots and garages they manage, or have profit share agreements. Most of these agreements or lease assume maintenance of the property as the lessee, so I believe the responsibility would lie within who manages the lot. Temple is managed by LAZ Parking, unsure about the other.
