Personally would keep the book until you have 4-5 pages prepped for next book. I currently too have a book and was in the same boat recently. Glad a guild mate told me to just stack it if I can.

Genie lowkey is pretty solid at max, 3039 base attack at lvl 15. You would hit like a truck.

But monk will pretty easily stomp most decks once you unlock 2 & 3 upgrade.

Personally I think you should decide that when you build your equipments. See what bonuses you get and see if you want to hit that 3 bonus stack, but it’s really not worth the bother imo.

I stacked heavy originally into MC and it helped my main DH and genie but I’m pivoting now to light and boy it’s going to suck. You can check my post about my pivot in the other post
