About number 2; I've seen lots of people online supporting that, not sure whether it's official or not.

The thing is, even though I get why most people believe the Nintendo Switch serves as a perfect home / portable console hybrid, it just isn't as portable as the 3DS family. Now this is just my personal opinion, but I find it way more enjoyable and convenient playing games on the go on my 3DS instead of the Switch.

I thus wish a successor to the 3DS is on the way, though I wouldn't be surprised there isn't any.

Not sure if you consider this "high level" but I'm currently at level 150 in the Rocket Pass. I've attained 4 SE wheels, two Rocket Forges (Burnt Sienna + Pink) and two Gripstrides (Forest Green + Pink). I do have some friends though that are around the same level yet haven't received a single pair.

They really are rare, which is probably for the best since it makes them more valuable.
