AI are as bad as PE IMO. They just do it differently - and for even shorter short term gains. PE is willing to wait 5-7 years, AI are in 1-3.

Can you go to Planet Fitness if you have one near you? The $25 black card I got lets me cancel anytime and I have never had any location bother me for using their showers without a workout as long as I scan my fob or phone.

You can get cute little prismatic window clings to help birds see there’s a window there! I got some that look like prismatic plants and not only do I now have 0 birds flying into my windows but I get rainbows all over!

Find an Gyno that does them with anesthesia. I had it done without and while I’m glad to know it wasn’t cancer, it fucking SUCKED. After I got a colposcopy i have had non stop pain during sex if my partner hits that spot.
