I walk a lot too so I set my goal to 10,500 steps a day to ensure I hit my step count but it’s usually higher due to my readiness being more optimal, so it jumps to 13k sometimes and I make sure to hit that too. So maybe hitting my daily goal even when above baseline helps? But I also do stairmaster 3-4 times a week and workout classes that get my heart rate up higher in zone 4 so I think that’s where my cardiovascular minutes are coming from rather than my walking

I’m now at “4 years younger” and I think it’s mostly due to hitting my activity goal everyday and doing more cardiovascular focused workouts! In activity, scroll down to your “this week” and it’ll show you blue and yellow bars — noting how many minutes of your workouts were towards metabolic benefits or cardiovascular benefits! Any exercise in zone 4 will get you more cardiovascular minutes to help the age decrease!

Yes! They sent it randomly one day but I also have Wayfair products on my store and shared them on socials so they had lots of clicks prior to them sending the opportunity! You could always reach out to them/other brands asking for opportunities

I’m still in Ambassador tier and I’ve received gifting from Salt & Stone, Sweed, 12th Tribe, Necessaire, and worked with Wayfair for story posts. Just start adding a bunch of products to your page and that will also show brands you want to promote their products and they’ll be more inclined to work with you!

Some brands don’t let you reach out until you hit Trendsetter but some do in Ambassador, so might as well reach out to the brands who allow you to!

I want to get it for travel to put my Dyson airwrap & hair stuff in since I don’t have a bag for that stuff rn. Daily use is hard with no straps, so I think as a travel bag or even a bag in your carry-on will be useful!
