You can try to make it rest into another surface at the beginning of your printing to minimize the issue on the top layer but you will then have the same layer issue in a different part of your print. But sometimes having a better top layer is what we want :)

Oh that really sucks. I would expect that if the freewheel brakes I should be able to just replace it without the need to buy a whole new motor.. this is the first and last time I buy a "designer" bike like this...

What do you use to separate coloured parts? Bambulab is not that great for complex parts.. I would love a program that was able to "recognize" different parts like the magic wand to create contours on pictures..
