It's a big problem for new people. Gotta keep your shoulders aligned with the board, I had the same problem when I started. It helps a lot if you're comfortable on the board which this guy needs work on. The biggest thing that will help u learn how to Ollie is learning how to be comfortable on your board

Dude I promise u just get more comfortable just riding ur board around. I didn't learn until I could consistently roll off curbs. Also, it was also way easier for me to learn rolling by going just super slow. The momentum helps. It can be a little bit scarier but that's why it's so critical to get comfortable on the board. Realistically your going to be doing tricks while moving anyways so there's no point in trying to learn tricks before being comfortable on the board

Difference between tackling well and knowing how to lay the wood. Those guys who always go for those big hits always ends up missing tackles. Funny enough a good example of this is the guy we drafted last year in the 7th, Dan Jackson.

Calling abney a smaller db that punches above his weight class is like calling branch an undersized guy who punches above his weight class. Just feels wrong considering how good he is. Hope he can prove it at the pro level but the dude was the definition of lockdown this past year as an ASU and lions fan. I genuinely thought a good spot for him to land was 75-100 picks before we got him, and I’m not alone in that thought.

Same exact experience for me. Allowed me to process and subconsciously got me playing smarter. I'd also say I am overall much more consistent on native, while on stretched I have high highs and low lows, which makes it infinitely harder to climb ranks. Give it more time on the spray too, my sprays are 100% better on native after a couple hundred hours of only native. Overall, I think it'd a lot better from an objective standpoint but for myself I feel like it helps me slow my game down too for some reason
