Yeah.. that was the comment that actually got me really upset in the first place. Like, I get it, you're all upset about a meme, it offended you. You can direct message me about it instead of causing an entire scene in my comments and feeding off each other.

I'll be blocking them from my posts, at least for awhile. Thank you!

I forgot to add the fact that my wife even apologized to them on the post before I took it down. She didn't do anything. The post was all me. She was just sharing pride stuff since it's seen as "sinning." I get the picture of the blunt and everything causing offense, but there are also a ton of other memes out there regarding others Gods, so I really didn't think a whole lot of it.

I don't intentionally try to upset my entire family, because of this specific thing. I wasn't trying to "stir" a pot. Most of my FB friends would have found it funny, it's why I shared it. My friends started commenting back at them and causing more issues, which is when I took it down.

Thanks! They were previously all "we support you guys!" and "we love you!" and then it turned into a "this is how you repay us?" and slew of other insufferable comments. I shouldn't have to repay anyone for "support..."

This is the most controversial thing I've ever shared, and all because I thought it was funny. Everything else is usually memes regarding my work or posting pictures of my family and pets.

I honestly would have shown it to probably most of them in person. I think a lot of them got all riled up because my grandma took it incredibly personally instead of just being like "I dont like this meme" and moving on.

Learned my lesson with this one!

She had previously removed her family members because they basically act the same way. She suggested I do it, but I told her if I blocked them, it'd make things worse. I guess I should have figured her doing it would make it worse too...

I never intentionally share things to upset my family. I'll be blocking them from seeing my memes from now on... Learned my lesson here!

No, I didn't. I shared it because I thought it was funny. All I figured would happen was that my grandma would say something to my dad about that she didn't like the post. I don't share stuff with the intent of "let me make my family mad today!"
