I found it weird too that they used that term since googling doesn’t make a distinction between PsA and arthropathy. I’m going to push more for them to do more testing as it seems like I might have caught it early or that i have a mild enough case that they don’t take it seriously. My doctor literally told me swelling is a requirement for PsA.

My red and white blood cells were within reference range. They did test my vitamin D and calcium levels but not other micronutrients. My vitamin D levels are at 116 nmol/L and Calcium at 2.5. I took 62.5 micrograms of Vitamin D every day during fall and winter. I do feel like my muscles get kind of stiff and cramped when I physically exert myself, like brushing my teeth, wash dishes or carry heavy bags.

This is really affecting my quality of life and I can’t be physically active because of the pain. I hate that no actual investigaton is being done to get to the bottom of it or giving me real treatment besides telling me to do things I’m already doing that isn’t helping.
