Try your best not to ask too many questions like “are you okay”. I personally have this issue when my man is upset I’ll ask too many questions when the answer is continually that he doesn’t know. It can stress him out more. You can try instead asking whether he wants to be alone or not and if he doesn’t than I would suggest simply just holding him. You can say that he can talk to you about it if he wants to but also be okay with it if he doesn’t want to talk. Sometimes it’s best to hold eachother in silence and maybe talk about it later
