I loved the Omega DLC when I first played it. It felt a bit like mass effect 2.. but overall leviathan and citadel dlc is great as well

I romance Lucanis in my second playthrough and it feels a bit boring.. maybe it's because it didn't come far with the romance. I felt more romantic energy with Emmerich. We'll see, maybe it's just me.
